Chat Analyzer Terms of Use
Effective date: 2026-09-22. These terms govern your use of the Chat Analyzer app ("the app") available on the Apple App Store.
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using Chat Analyzer, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on your Apple devices for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
3. Your chats and other people
You are responsible for the chat exports you import and for having the right to analyze them. The app does not upload them; what you do with a verdict is your decision.
4. AI output is not advice
Verdicts and scores are generated on your device by Apple Intelligence from the messages you provide. They can be wrong, incomplete or biased. They are not relationship, legal, medical or professional advice. Do not rely on them for decisions with serious consequences.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, use it to harass or harm others, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws or Apple's App Store guidelines.
6. Intellectual property
The app, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to decisions made based on its output or data loss.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where the developer is located.
