Effective date: 2026-04-09. These terms govern your use of FitnessAppSwift, including premium subscriptions purchased through Apple.
Service
FitnessAppSwift provides workout planning, exercise browsing, body analysis, progress tracking, and optional premium tools. The app is provided on an as-is basis and may change over time.
Subscriptions
Some features require an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Billing and renewal
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in App Store account settings after purchase.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FitnessAppSwift after an update means you accept the revised terms.
