Elwind Terms of Use
Effective date: 2026-04-08. By downloading or using Elwind you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Elwind ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or commercially exploit the App or its content.
3. Subscriptions, Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation
Certain features of Elwind may require an auto-renewable subscription ("Premium"). Available plans, subscription benefits, billing periods, introductory offers, and prices are shown in the App and/or on the App Store screen presented to you at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by country, currency, tax treatment, and promotional campaign.
- Premium may be offered on a monthly, yearly, or other billing-period basis as clearly shown before purchase.
- The price you see in the App Store at the time of purchase is the price that applies to the first subscription period, excluding any taxes or fees the App Store is required to collect or display separately.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same subscription period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the then-current period.
- Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period at the then-applicable price for your selected plan, unless otherwise disclosed by the App Store.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store account settings. Deleting the App or stopping use of the App does not cancel an active subscription.
- If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period already paid for, and renewal is disabled for future periods.
- Except where required by applicable law or granted by Apple, subscription fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated amounts for partially used billing periods or unused time.
- If a free trial or introductory offer is provided, it will automatically convert to a paid auto-renewing subscription at the end of the trial or offer period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before that period ends. Trial and offer eligibility may be determined by Apple, us, or both, and may be limited.
- We may change, suspend, discontinue, or limit subscription plans, pricing, features, eligibility, or availability at any time to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any price change for a renewing subscription will apply no earlier than the next renewal for which the App Store or applicable law allows the change after any required notice.
- Billing, payment processing, renewals, and refund workflows are operated by Apple. We do not control the App Store billing system and do not store your full payment card information.

4. Refunds
All purchases, billing disputes, and refund requests are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policy. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, purchases are final once confirmed and we do not issue direct refunds. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly.
5. User Content
Notes, plans, and session content you create in the App are stored locally on your device and remain your property. You are solely responsible for the content you create.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse the App. Prohibited uses include (but are not limited to):
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.
- Using the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Circumventing or tampering with subscription or purchase verification.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Elwind is a productivity and ambient audio app and should not be used as a substitute for medical or therapeutic treatment.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.
