How do I export a chat from WhatsApp?
In WhatsApp, open the chat, tap the name at the top, scroll down and tap Export Chat, then choose Without Media. Save the file to Files or share it straight to Chat Analyzer. The in-app guide walks through each step.
The import says the file isn't a WhatsApp export
Chat Analyzer reads the .txt file WhatsApp produces on iPhone or Android. If you exported a .zip, unzip it in Files first and import the .txt inside. Screenshots and PDFs are not supported.
Does my chat leave my phone?
No. Analysis runs on your iPhone with Apple Intelligence. There is no account and no upload. See the privacy policy.
Which iPhones are supported?
Chat Analyzer needs iOS 26 and a device with Apple Intelligence enabled in Settings › Apple Intelligence & Siri.
How do I delete an analysis?
Open the record on the home screen, swipe the analysis and tap Delete. Deleting the app removes everything it stored.
